The Choice . . .
The most audacious choice I've ever taken in my life so far has always been to go headfirst into the engineering field. And as a result of my choice, I have learnt to accept the possibility that going forward, I may view things from a different perspective. I strongly disagree with the statement that an engineer is "a person who gets excited about things no one else cares about," since I think that once you enter the field of engineering, you will realize the things that you should actually care about.

However, I have to admit that the Chemical Engineering course is really difficult. I also acknowledge that I had a few breakdowns during my training years, but these only made me stronger and allowed me to develop. The experiences I've had have helped me change for the better both intellectually and emotionally.

The chemical engineering training field is like a theater. One must learn to act properly depending on the situation. As an undergraduate student, it is necessary to be fed and grounded with the basic and fundamental understanding of the natural sciences since these are the key to understanding more complex chemical engineering principles. It is a challenging necessity because the essence of engineering is to solve problems using the basics while incorporating advanced and technical skills.

When there are no concrete facts to support a claim, professional trainings are deemed void. You can get a sense of what and how a chemical engineer is trained when you peruse my portfolio. On the other side, I have always thought that maintaining a balanced life is one of the keys to ensuring that the discipline learned during training is fully embodied. Maintaining a healthy academic balance has always kept me sane and prevented burnout.
